Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Are you an Overnight Oats fan? I know I sure am. It’s my morning obsession at the moment.

Being the first one at the crack of dawn, I tend wake up hungry. I drink my lemon water, makes some green tea, I grab a jar, and eat. Overnight oats for breakfast has become a meal that I can eat regularly. As long as I can change up the flavors, the chances of me getting tired of eating it is much less. 

 Simple to make and easy to eat.

Why do I love overnight oats:

  • Quick and easy to make. Takes me less that 10 minutes prepare the night before.
  • It’s nutritions. A healthy breakfast packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein.
  • It’s a simple grab and go meal that can easily be transported anywhere.



Layer the following ingredients:

  • Oatmeal 
  • Chia seeds
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Almond Milk
  • Applesauce 
  • Cinnamon



  1. Put the top on and close it tight. 
  2. Place in the fridge overnight 
  3. Grab spoon
  4. Get Jar
  5. Mix
  6. And Eat

  1. 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
  2. 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  3. 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  4. 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
  5. 1/4 Cup Applesauce
  6. Dash of Cinnamon (More or less is up to you)
  1. Layer all the ingredients
  2. Put the top on and close it tight
  3. Place in the fridge overnight
  4. In the morning, get a spoon
  5. Grab your Jar
  6. Mix the ingredients
  7. Eat
  1. **Add Honey for sweetener
