Mango Pineapple Coconut Oatmeal

Happy Hump Day! 

It’s day 4 of Oatmeal Week. We are halfway through this series, and I hope you have enjoyed some of the yummy recipes so far.

I’m going to be honest and say that I was a bit scared to experiment with this oatmeal recipe today. I sat my ingredients out, and just looked at it for a moment. Trying to figure out what, and how I wanted to put this together. After 30 minutes of listening to my stomach growling, I decided to just go for it.

And you know what? I’m glad I did! I didn’t know what to expect, but I’m happy to report that this oatmeal recipe turned out to be marvelous!!

I bring to you, Mango Pineapple Coconut Oatmeal


Mango Pineapple Coconut Oatmeal

Serving Size: 1

Mango Pineapple Coconut Oatmeal


  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Mango Puree
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple, Diced


  1. Small saucepan cook oatmeal in water
  2. Once cooked and water has evaporated, add milk, mango puree, pineapple, coconut extract, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Pour this oatmeal into a bowl.
  5. Top with coconut and a few pieces of diced Mango


Add some dried tropical fruit likes Papaya or Cranberries for topping
