Day 2 of the week’s oatmeal series.
Today’s oatmeal recipe includes strawberries. One of my favorite fruits.
I originally made this oatmeal back in May during National Strawberry Month. However, I never got around to sharing this yummy recipe. I really try to stay on task, and post when I plan to, but sometimes, life takes over, and some things just don’t get done in the time frame that I come up with in my head.
But, none of that matters now. What matters is that this oatmeal series gave me an opportunity to finally share with you this healthy little bowl of goodness.
