Did a craft in Sunday school again yesterday. a couple of weeks ago, a friend from church came to me about for the clear ornaments that I had bought for the craft area at church. She told me that her son had made a time capsule oranament some years ago and that she still puts it on thier tree every year. I thought it was such an awesome suggestio nfor a craft that I decided to go ahead and have the kids make one.
I believe that this is one of the easiest crafts I have ever done.
You will need a list of your child’s favorite things and clear ornaments.
I found a cool questionnaire that was free to download here
I had the kids fill out the sheet
Cut the answers into strips
When they were done cutting. that rolled up the strips of paper and put them into the ornament
Voila! Easy, fun craft that the kids enjoyed, and parents will love.
One kids asked, “What age can we open it?”
Another child yelled, “18!”
I thought to myself, good answer 😉

That sounds like a lot of fun for now and later–and something upper elementary kids would enjoy!
Yes I agree. The kids that made these were between the ages of 5-10. It was prefect for that age group.
