Soda Pop

I used to drink soda everyday. There is nothing like a good soda after a fulfilling dinner. The carbonation felt good going down my throat. It was was great way to end a meal.

Now aday, we don’t have soda in our home. I stop buying it a few years back. Realizing how much money it was costing and just how bad it is for our bodies helped me to make the decision to cut it out all together.

Do you know just how soda impacts your health? Check this out

My alternative to drinking soda is now drinking water. I like to add fruits, vegetables, and even seeds to change things up from time to time.

I like to drink Chia water. I have it once a day.

All you need is:
A Tall cup of Water (8-10oz)
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
Lemon or Lime Juice for taste

A Pitch

Put all of the ingredients in your pitch of water, and place it in the fridge overnight for the best flavor in the morning.

Adding your favorite fruits, vegetables, and herbs to your water is another great way to spruce up water. On my quest to find different water recipes I found this site with the best detailed instructions for flavoring.

With the summer being here staying hydrated with water is the best way to go.
