Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Everywhere!!

This time of year I go a bit pumpkin crazy! Espcially with baked goods.
I make copious amount of pumpkin puree, and use it my many of my baking dishes.
Pumpkin puree is super easy to make, and is a great addition to many of your dishes for a little fun and flavor.
All you will need is:
A Pumpkin
That is! No other ingredients is needed.
Make sure you also have:
Cookie Sheet
Ice Cream Scooper, or Big Spoon
Food Processor
Air Tight Contianer
Pre heat oven to 350

Wash you pumpkin off really good.

Cut the pumpkin in half to scoop out the seeds.
Set the seeds aside for a later.

Start slicing into medium size pieces to place onto a cookie sheet.
Roast for 60 minutes.

Once cooked, let the roasted pumpkin cool completely.

Scope out the cooked pumpkin. I used an ice cream scooper.

Place into your food processor and blend to your desired constancy.

You can store it in a airtight container and place it in the fridge for later.
The 8lb Pumpkin I roasted produced 5 Cups of Pumpkin Puree.

I used mines immediately to make some of my yummy Pumpkin Brownies!
A great treat this time of year!
