Pumpkin Brownies

Thanksgiving Is in a few days!!! I have my menu together, I have plans to buy the food that I need tomorrow. I will preparing everything on Wednesday which will give me more time to spend with my family on the day of Thanksgiving. Hubby cooks the Turkey and I take care of the the 6-7 side dishes and the 2 desserts. We laugh, we watch movies, we eat, and then we sleep. That’s basically our day.

When it comes to desserts, I make a mean banana pudding that I have made traditionally since hubby and I’s first Thanksgiving as a family in our first apartment. I will definitely be making it again this year. I also always like to make something that is infused with pumpkin. My pumpkin cheesecake has been a favorite over the years, and so has my pumpkin bread. This year I wanted to try something different. Hubby is a big fan of brownies, so I thought…… why not experiment and make pumpkin brownies.

Not knowing how they were going to come out, I went for it. I grabbed what I had in my cabinet, and put something together that came out tasting much better than I expect. Score!
