Collard Greens Veggie Wraps

Today, I want the share with you, a recipe on how to make a yummy Collard Greens Veggie Wrap.

You can use any vegetables of your liking.

I just used what I had on hand.

I normally use hummus as my spread, but while out grocery shopping recently I found, B****in’ sauce. While I’m not too fond of the name, the sauce is delicious! It’s like hummus made with almonds. It’s tasty, with the right amount of spices, and even has a little kick to it( I had Chipotle). I use it in my wraps, as a topping for my salads, and as a dip. It’s family approved as well.

Grab your ingredients:

Collard Greens

Carrots

Cucumber

Bell Pepper

Avocado

Hummus or B****in Sauce

 Garlic Powder

What to do:

Rinse off all of your vegetables

Get a saucepan and fill it with water to boil

Slice leaves of your Collard greens off the rib.

Add the collard green leaves to the boiling water for 10 to 20 seconds. Just enough to soften them.

Lay out the leaves, and spread your sauce, or hummus over the leaf.

Add your vegetables.

Carrots
Cucumber
Yellow Bell Pepper
Avocado

Eat and Enjoy!
