My kids love corn dogs! But let’s be honest, that are not the healthiest. I still wanted my kids to be able to enjoy them every now and again without the hassle of cooking them at home in a big pot of oil. Below is an alternative to regular Corn Dogs that I’m sure your kids will love.
All you need to do is make a batch of your favorite cornbread recipe
Pour the batter into a greased cupcake pan filling them 2/3 of the way
Chop up your hot dogs and place them in the batter
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with you favorite Corn Dog condiment.
