It’s about that time!!
Time to make another batch of Peanut Butter.
I have a quick and easy method that takes me no time at all to make.
Make sure you have your food processor ready.
I start out by getting a 16oz bag of peanuts.

That’s it….. no added sugar, salt, or oils.
I use these Honey Roasted Peanuts from Trader Joe’s.
You can use any nuts that you want.
Salted, Unsalted, Almonds, or my favorite, Cashews.
I dumped the peanuts in the processor and watch it go.

The peanuts go through various stages in the about 5-8 minutes as it goes from peanuts to peanut butter:
crushed peanuts,
crushed into a fine powder,
a paste,
a thicker paste,
and then a big peanut butter “dough ball” will form.

Then the ball will break down

over a couple of minutes it will turn smooth

The longer you process it the creamier it gets.
Until you get this joy in a jar!

It can’t get any easier than that!
Check out the other my other recipes I have made using my peanut butter.

This is a great way to ensure you KNOW what’s in your food. Way to go 🙂 I have been meaning to try this.
Exactly! You can even change it up by adding your own flavors. You can add Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, or even Pumpkin Spice. There are so many possibilities.
No way! That looks so easy, I need to give that a try. Thanks!!!
Welcome! It is super easy and taste delicious! I make a batch every Sunday. The amount depends on what I”m using it for during the week.
I knew making peanut butter would be easy, but you make it look ridiculously easier! Thanks you just made my day.

I’m starting to get the tiniest bit of a memory about having done this in middle school cooking class. Now I want to do it again!
